The Farm is the Headland of St. John, in Itaguaçu (ES), and has had it since the beginning of the twentieth CENTURY, when the family Bucher. Ricardo Bucher, when he married Charlotte, the property was purchased by developing farms and infrastructure, including a saw mill machines for coffee, and rice, in addition to electricity, and telephone number. Broken down by the river St. John, to the farm, it is well-known for the historic 1920's, and by the way “peanut brittle” was built by the enslaved. Today, it is a major tourist attraction that preserves a cultural memory, and the history of the region.
