Vapore Isabella Distillery, located in the northwest region of Espírito Santo, in the municipality of São Roque do Canaã, is the new bet in the region's experience-based tourism.
The Roldi/Bassani family, whose DNA is rooted in entrepreneurship, particularly in the timber industry, is now dedicated to promoting and boosting the production of special, premium cachaça.
There are reports of cachaça production in our region since the 19th century.

We entered the gourmet market believing that São Roque do Canaã has the terroir for artisanal cachaça in Espírito Santo.
We will be together and be part of a group, along with other producers from the region, who believe in the value of the cachaça produced in São Roque do Canaã.
