Our business produces chocolate and cocoa derivatives from cocoa beans. We use sustainable energy throughout our production process.

We do not serve the public in person. Currently, we do not have a physical store. We only provide service through social media and WhatsApp.

In addition to our factory store, we are present in over 170 points of sale throughout the state. It is with emotion and gratitude that we are at the table of so many families, sharing stories and creating unforgettable moments!

Store hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and holidays.*

*Holidays and special dates when we are closed: January 1st, Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Good Friday, May 1st, and December 25th.

Factory / Production: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

In our store, in addition to our signature and award-winning cheeses, we have a wine cellar, a coffee shop, and a beautiful view of one of João Neiva's tourist attractions, Monte Negro, which inspired the name of one of our cheeses. We also have a super Instagrammable garden, and of course, the charm of the building in its colonial style.

Mon to Sat: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sun: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We started our business, the Bergantini Cheese Agroindustry, in January 1994. In the beginning, it was very difficult to win over customers and establish our identity.
We persevered through the challenges and managed to win over the taste of our customers.

Today, 31 years later, we have gained the loyalty of our customers and recognition through our dedicated work and continuous improvement in serving everyone who visits us.
Last year, we won a bronze medal for our Montanhês cheese at the Prêmio Queijo Brasil competition in Blumenau.
We developed the recipe for this cheese about twenty-five years ago.

Monday to Friday and holidays: 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Saturdays: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Sundays: Closed.
